Compass Round

As an Australian practitioner of witchcraft it can be difficult reconciling a magical path when much of what we're taught relates to the lay of the land in the Northern Hemisphere.

 I use elements/directions in my spellcraft but I've had to wing it and create my own compass.

 I live on the East Coast of Australia.

To the north lay the equator, the sun and Fire.
To the East lay the sea, the South Pacific Ocean and Water
To the South lay the cool antarctic winds and Air
To the West lay the great expanse of our magnificent country and Earth


 

And its in these directions that I call upon the elements to join me in my working.
